Performance characteristics:
Fluorescent Brightener Agent VBL is a typical product of double (triazine amino) fluorescent brightener agent. It is soluble in 80 times soft water and has anionic property. The acid and alkali resistance is pH=6-11, and the bath pH is 8-9. In acidic solution, the fluorescence decreases gradually due to the enhancement of acidity and yellows. It can withstand hard water to 300 ppm, free chlorine to 0.25%, copper, iron and other metal ions. It is stable to powder, but not resistant to high temperature baking. It can be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants or dyes, nonionic surfactants and hydrogen peroxide. The fluorescent tone is blue-purple (blue-purple). Fluorescent Brightener Agent VBL should not be used in the same bath as cationic dyes, surfactants and synthetic resin initials.
Scope of application:
1. Whitening of white products for cotton and viscose, brightening of light or printing products, general sun fastness, good affinity for cellulose fibers, general leveling, suitable for printing, pad dyeing and printing paste.
2. It can be used for whitening of vinylon and nylon products.
3. Whitening for papermaking industry, pulp or paint.
Usage method:
1. In the printing and dyeing industry, the fluorescent brightener agent is directly added to the dyeing vat and dissolved in water. Dosage: 0.08-0.3%, bath ratio: 1:40, the best dyeing bath temperature: 60 C.
2. In the paper industry, fluorescent brightener is dissolved into pulp or coatings with 80 times water, and the dosage is 0.1-0.3% of the weight of dry pulp or coatings.
Packaging: Packed in cardboard drum lined with plastic bags or plastic-coated paper bags, each with a net weight of 25 kg or 50 kg.
Transportation: Exposure and collision should be avoided in transportation.
Storage: Products should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse for two years.
