Specification:
1) Appearance of pale yellow uniform powder
2) Fluorescence intensity (equivalent to standard), 100
3) Whiteness (difference from standard whiteness: sample whiteness or WCTE) > - 3%
4) Water content (< 5.0%)
5) Fineness (the amount of residue passing through 250 micrometer screen): <10%.
6) The mass fraction of water insoluble matter is less than 0.5%.
Performance characteristics:
1. Good water solubility, soluble in 3-5 times the volume of boiling water, each liter of boiling water can dissolve about 300 g, cold water dissolve about 150 G.
2. It is insensitive to hard water, and Ca2+, Mg2+ do not affect its whitening effect. 3. Anti-peroxide bleaching agent, containing reductant (insurance powder) bleaching agent. 4. The acid resistance is general, whitening condition PH > 7 is better.
Product uses:
1. For whitening of cotton and viscose fibers.
2. Suitable for adding to white-drawing printing pulp.
3. Fluorescent whitening in pulp.
4. Fluorescent whitening was carried out in the process of surface sizing.
5. Fluorescent whitening was carried out during the coating process.
Usage method: (Take soaking-rolling method as an example)
The dipping solution temperature is 95-98 C, the residence time is 10-20 minutes, and the bath ratio is 1:20.
Steaming time is about 45 minutes, dosage: 0.1-0.5%.
Packing: Plastic bags lined with cardboard barrels, 25 kg or 50 kg net weight per barrel.
